PCB Layout - Lytestyle Designs

Working from schematics, a netlist or just a rough sketch of a circuit, we can design analogue, digital and mixed PCB layouts with due regard to common design issues. We are happy to work with the customer at each step to ensure that the end result fulfils the original requirement.

Using our experience of crosstalk, ground loops, voltage drops, current flow, EMI etc. we can usually design PCBs with minimum customer input if required, or adhere to pre-defined customer constraints.

Information is provided to the customer at each stage of design to ensure the PCB is designed to how the customer wants it. This includes placement plots, tooling optimisation and fully routed check plots.

A PCB will usually be created from a schematic in the integrated design environment (IDE), if a schematic is not available from the customer then this can be created and supplied as part of the package.

Integrated into each component on the schematic will be it's manufacturer, manufacturer's part number, suggested vendor and suggested vendor's part number. This enables complete bill of materials to be created in either Excel, csv or PDF formats.

PDF schematics can also be created with this information embedded, enabling the PDF file to display component information on 'mouse rollover'.

We are happy to just provide the customer with the production files (gerbers, BOM etc) or to quote on PCB manufacture and to guide the customer through the first production runs and resolve any possible production issues. We are also available to provide regular production quantities if required.
